Thank you for sharing! This place is a real discovery with a family that teaches us its culture through their food their ways of life.... All the family is adorable and has only one desire we share are heritage. A rich heritage that makes us want to help them preserve it. Traditions and culinary spirit Our guide took us to eat in a super nice place and goodiiiiiisimmmmo! The meat that riches, we tasted fruits from the orchard in smoothie and ended up outside dancing! The best experience of my trip! My evening in Kawsaymi was the best evening of my trip to Ecuador! Claudia is welcoming, kind, attentive, smiling.... It was a pleasure to share its culture, traditions, and way of cooking. It was really the best culinary experience of my trip, we feasted and especially a lot of fun cooking all together (fresh produce, directly recovered from his vegetable garden). Experience traditional, healthy and tasty Quechiua cuisine An amazing evening. We had a welcome illuminated by Claudia's smile. The place is magical, traditional, extremely clean. We cook only vegetables from the gardens, the meat comes from the farm d next door and everything is reused. It is therefore also an eco-responsible experience to share. The kitchen is traditional but very well equipped and we shared a lot of information about Quechiua life with Claudia who is quiet, funny, very kind and sweet. Best food in Ecuador We spent the loveliest evening with Claudia and her beautiful family. She shared her home with us and we had an amazing cooking class with all fresh ingredients, many from her garden. Amazing experience! So much more than just dinner! We had a most wonderful dinner experience. Claudia greets you and welcomes you into her kitchen. She shares her culture, family, home, and love of cooking. The food was wonderfully delicious and we loved the experience of meeting and learning from Claudia. I highly recommend you book a cooking experience or dinner with Claudia when you are near Otavalo.
