For lovers of Otavalan cuisine, we present an exclusive space with Andean local products. Our traditional adobe home features the ancestral “tulpa” (fireplace), wood-fire brick oven, and also modern kitchen. Employing both these modern and traditional facilities, we create fascinating flavors, textures, smells, and colors of favorite Andean dishes. Our calendar of classes leaves flexibility according to the season and needs of our guests, with a maximum of 25p.p. per session. Cooking courses are 100% active and participatory, from the harvest to preparation of our food products. A local chef who will guide the entire process, step by step until its final taste testing. Our philosophy is to teach visitors to cook, and at once enjoy, our healthy and nutritious cuisine. We hope our guests enjoy these delicacies, filled with our ancestral knowledge, and combined with our culture’s music and dance.
