In our cooking classes, visitors work closely alongside our chef, in a culturally rich environment full of Andean flavors. Each guest has the opportunity to learn the preparation process of the chosen traditional dish, and also learns about the 100% organic ingredients harvested in our family’s garden. Participants take these semi- prepped ingredients, and are walked step-by- step through a hands-on process of their final preparations. Then, they have the fulfilling experience of digging into the delicious traditional dish that they, themselves have prepared.
