If you visit Otavalo, don’t miss the authentic cuisine we offer from our
own home.

We are a “Kichwa Otavalo” indigenous family, dedicated to presenting community-level tourism that conserves and recognizes the value of our culture’s ancestral customs. “Kawsaymi” means, “Our daily living,” in the Kichwa language.

In hopes of welcoming guests into our lifestyle, we offer a wide range of services, such us: Andean cooking classes, restaurant services, housing with families in our community, cultural expositions, music, dance, and long-term volunteering. We develop creative tourism that is socially responsible, high quality, and also responsive to the expectations of our visitors, who look for new alternatives to get to know the Ecuadorean Highland’s Kichwa Otavalo culture.
