A fluid and friendly connection between native chef and learning apprentice is vital to successful cooking. For this reason, we totally open our kitchen and culture to share with our visitors. This activity consists of a complete culinary demonstration of ancestral techniques—from a walk, harvesting the fruits of our Mother Earth, to the step-by-step instruction of these products’ preparation, given by our native chef in both ancestral and modern kitchens.
